Ryan founded Full Throttle Fabrication with a commitment to delivering high-quality commercial and industrial metal fabrication. He oversees estimating, project management, business development, and operations while ensuring every project meets the company’s standards for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Vice President & Administration

Stacy Stephens

Stacy oversees the administrative operations of Full Throttle Fabrication, including customer service, accounting support, human resources, and office management. She helps ensure projects move smoothly from contract to completion while providing excellent service to every customer.

Fabrication Manager

Anthony Strickland

Anthony oversees day-to-day fabrication operations, project planning, quality control, and production scheduling. He works closely with the production team to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Full Throttle Fabricaction’s quality standards.

Production Supervisor

Nate McConnell

Nate leads the shop floor by assigning daily tasks, monitoring production, maintaining workflow, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule. He works directly with the fabrication team to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
